We will subject
all articles under our refereeing standards, with members of the organizing
committees of the conferences acting as guest editors. Abstracts and extended
abstracts will be published without refereeing in the "Special Issues" section of
the journal, and assigned the volume: Conf. X (X will be assigned by the
Editor), page number, and year and for Seminars Sem. X will be used. We
feel that this will provide an excellent supplement to hardcopy abstracts or
proceedings due to the wide distribution of this free electronic publishing
medium.
