Berkshire Conference on Women’s History, Toronto, Canada, May 22-25, 2014, Website

Call for panelists from Giusi Russo and Julie Laut: We are two doctoral candidates in global gender history. We are looking for a third contributor to a panel proposal for the May 2014 Berkshire Conference in Toronto. Our topics centers on:

1. International women’s rights, the United Nations, and the non-self governing territories; and
2. Gender, race, and empire at the United Nations, 1945-1955.
