Posters

Participants are invited to present one or more posters; posters will be displayed prominently in the lobby of the Campus Center for the duration of the conference.

Conference Registration

General registration for this conference is now open. Participants receiving financial support through the conference or applying for support should register by April 30, 2010. Standard on-campus accomodation is in single bedrooms sharing a bathroom with another guest of the same sex for EUR 60/night including meals. A private bathroom can be booked for an extra EUR 10. Room and board will be covered by the conference for all speakers, session organizers, network members, and their affiliates. A limited amount of additional financial support is available and can be applied for on the registration page. A limited number of faculty guest house apartments is available for participants wishing to travel with their spouse and/or family; please contact Ms. Sigrid Manss for availability and rates. There is a conference fee of EUR 50 for all participants payable on-site to cover expenses which cannot be charged on our grants. Participants staying only one day are charged a reduced fee of EUR 25.

Call for session proposals

At this time, we call for proposals for thematic session, under the following guidelines: The session should be thematically coherent Four Speakers at 25 minutes each Session proposals should be sent to Marcel Oliver. The list of speakers does not need to be confirmed or complete at this time, but an approximate list will be appreciated. Speakers do not need to be network members.
