1. General conditions:
These hold for all courses in this programme, if not stated otherwise in “2. Besondere Bedingungen” (= special conditions).
Registration fee :
The registration fee of € 150.- (per course/person) has to be paid at the time of registration. This fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation (cancellation fee!).
It is recommended to effect a cancellation insurance.
Final payment:
Final payment which results from the particular course number has to be paid the latest on the 21 st day before the course starts (start of booking).
Cancellation:
If cancellation is done after the 21 st day before the course starts (start of booking) the whole course price has to be paid.
Cancellations can only be declared effectively either in person or in written form, per registered mail or fax. The day at which the writing arrives at the USI is decisive.

Substitute participants:
If the person who wants to cancel a course is able to recommend a substitute who takes part in the course and pays the whole course price, all money paid until then will be refunded to the former. Only € 50.- cancellation fee will be kept by the USI. If courses are fully booked, this arrangement does not hold.
Waiting list:
If courses are fully booked and a waiting list already exists, the person who wants to cancel will only be charged € 50.- processing fee.

If skiing is not possible (not enough snow, lifts out of service), skiing courses will be cancelled!
2. Special conditions for:
Seidlalm Saalbach:
If cancellation is done after December 07 th 2012 the whole course price has to be paid.
If a person cancels before this date the registration fee of € 150.- will be kept by the USI as cancellation fee.
