ART-IP project on Istanbul Protocol publishes first Newsletter

The ART-IP Project is publishing its first newsletter. This project aims at creating an online platform for practitioners who work with torture victims to document torture and ill-treatment in accordance with the Istanbul Protocol. The e-learning platform will go online by the end of 2012. The ART-IP project is funded by the European Commission and implemented by several institutions, among which the team Human Dignity and Public Security of the BIM.
