The Atlas of Torture team, represented by Moritz Birk, Tiphanie Crittin, and Victor Rodriguez Rescia, carried out its fifth visit to Paraguay from 10 to 18 April, during which it organised - jointly with its focal point CODEHUPY – two events on the role of public defenders in the prevention of torture and held a consultative round-table on the process of establishment of the National Preventive Mechanism (NPM).
