In the framework of this project, capacity development and advisory activities in the field of torture prevention and rights of detainees will be implemented in Moldova, Uruguay and Togo. The project officer’s responsibilities will cover substantive tasks as well as coordination and administrative tasks related to the project activities. In addition, the successful candidate will perform tasks in relation to the acquisition of new projects and/or fundraising activities.
