Short Bio

Jack Lochhead is an innovator, developer and researcher in the field of Cognitive Instruction. At the University of Massachusetts, 1975–1990, he established new programs in research and teaching and he led the team at Mount Holyoke College that created SummerMath. He has had teaching positions at the Univ. of Massachusetts, Mount Holyoke College, Harvard Univ. and the Univ. of the Western Cape in South Africa.
