Maria Gyemant is a post-doctoral researcher at the Husserl Archives in Paris. She took part, as a post-doctoral researcher, in the Emphiline project on Surprise 2012-2015 (directed by Natalie Depraz) and is currently participating in the analysis of the data collected in this project. After her PhD work on Husserl and Freud, she continued her research on Freud’s unconscious as a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Liège. Her current project concerns the dynamics of emotions.
