Short Bio
Sibylle Moser has a PhD in comparative literature and media studies from the University of Vienna. She had visiting fellowships at the Institute for Empirical Research in Media and Literature (LUMIS) in Siegen and at the McLuhan Program in Culture and Technology in Toronto. Her research interests include cognitive aesthetics, empirical studies in literature and media theory. In 2006 she received a three-year grant for a project on the aesthetic use of language in art from the Vienna Science and Technology Fund (WWTF). In 2007 she founded LOOP. The Institute for Systemic Media Research in Vienna with Katharina Gsöllpointner.
