Eleven University Offices, five Administrative Departments as well as a Special Facility jointly represent the organisational units of the University Administration.

The University Offices consist of the following institutions: The Vienna University Library and Archive Services, Accounting and Finance (Quästur), Research Service and Career Development, International Office, Public Relations, Human Resources and Gender Equality, Postgraduate Center, Facility and Resources Management, Teaching Affairs and Student Services, Converence and Event Management and the Vienna University Computer Center.

The Administrative Departments comprise the Office of the University Board, the Office of the Rectorate Team, the Office of the Senate as well as the facilities Professors' Appointment Consulting Service and Internal Audit.

Additionally, there is the Office for Quality Assurance, responsible for the quality management in the areas administration/services, research and teaching.
