
Continuing Education Programmes that are specific to a particular subject or profession are a unique opportunity for graduates to gain extra knowledge. The courses offered by the University of Vienna in the sector of Continuing Education comprise programmes from which participants can graduate earning an academic degree ("Master"), as well as Continuing Education Programmes with academic credentials ("Academic Expert") or certificates.
Every year, approximately 2,000 people participate in more than 40 Postgraduate programmes and courses offered by the University of Vienna. Most of these are interdisciplinary programmes, in which students can enrol alongside work. Lecturers from the fields of science, research and the business world impart their expertise in both scientific methodology and practical application.
