In this phase each KCT presents its elaborated thematic field and observation strategy/design (each separately separately) [see deliverables from project 3] in a coacing session. The observation strategy is negotiated with the instructor(s). The goal is to come up with a concrete observation design which will be brought into practice in the following phase.

Capability to present and negotiate an observation strategy
Operational observation strategy and design of how to conduct and document the process of (deep) observation

Concrete and operational observation design
- what? who? when?
- standards and format of observations
- first concept for WWW-observation/project platform and the format of representation of the results
- clear tasks, timetable, and responsibilities
