Morandi 2004: 664 (no. 223, also 2001: 17 f., no. 12, 2007: 298, no. 24) interprets the sequence as a masculine personal name in the genitive kikrisī or kigrisī, comparing criciro etc. (which does not correspond), CICR (CIL XIII 10010.2888b), and names in king-.
