Commentary
The ending of the dative singular of an n-stem. The ending -ni is originally that of the locative, but it is used syncretistically for the dative here and has replaced the older ending -nei, cf. also TI·27 (kuaśoni : pala : terialui), TI·43 (]ọni : kuimitrui : pạḷạ), TI·44 (]ọni : klanalui : p̣ala).
