Commentary
The sequence tikou in NM·9 could be the part of anatikou or tikouana. Lejeune (1971: 128) presumes two abbreviated legends on this coin: the prominent one tikou referring to an anthroponyme and the one on the side (see ana) possibly referring to an ethnic name. Possibly Tiko-u̯..., tiko- < Tinco- like in Tinco-rigis and Co-tinco-rixs (Lejeune 1971: 128-129, fn. 449, cf. De Bernardo Stempel 1999: 231, Delamarre 2007: 181-182, 234), cf. DLG: 296 (tigou- ?), Schrijver 1995: 64 (Tigurini), Villar & Prósper 2005: 261 (Tigorix)
