We have been invited to submit the papers presented at the workshop, together with papers on African languages from the main meeting, if the authors wish, for publication as an anthology. The editors will be Larry M. Hyman, Rose-Juliet Anyanwu and John R. Rennison. The title has not yet been fixed, and will depend to some extent on the contributions it contains.

Since there are far fewer contributors to this volume than to "Phonologica 2002", we probably will not need to impose a length restriction on articles. The articles will be peer-reviewed amongst the authors in order to ensure consistent quality.
