Last minute details for authors

Handouts: Please bring 50 copies of your handout with you. We only have limited capacity for making copies, and will need most of that capacity ourselves for last-minute details, workshops etc. So we will have to charge you for additional copies of handouts up to the number of 50. Please note that along with other shops, copy shops will also be closed for most (or all) of the meeting.
Equipment: We have an overhead projector and cassette player as standard equipment. If you need anything else, please contact us immediately on arrival.
