Internet journal initiated in 2008 by Michael Berger (Center for Brain Research, Medical University Vienna, Austria). Rationality and communication on the long run should outweigh emotionality and violence, but will only succeed if the biological roots of human behavior are taken into consideration. Humans are no machines and no computers that can be reprogramed as required; they are born, brought up, and molded into their social environment, and they will remain (by and large) the result of this process during their later life.
