  ABSTRACT:
The talk gives an overview on recent results in reconstruction of sparse signals, emphasizing on probabilistic approaches. In particular, the work of
Candes, Tao and Romberg is presented, and also references to works by others are given.
Also I will talk on a very recent result of myself
concerning Random Sampling of Sparse Trigonometric
Polynomials.
