Model Database

The European Database will assemble models/initiatives relating to health promotion in General Practice and in Community Pharmacy as submitted in the context of the Country Reports by project partners from the European Member States. With the Database being accessible from the Project Homepage information on these models/initiatives will be available to a wide public.
