Dear subscribers,

Starting with the next issue we will accept submission of abstracts in the format set for astro-ph archiving. We hope that this will encourage more to forward their abstract to us; the current template will remain available and mailed out with the next call for contributions.

Note that this change applies only to the `latex' version sent out every other month : the compilation through our web portal remains as is.
