EDITORIAL: Issue Number 23

    Dear subscriber,

    This is the 23rd issue of the SCYON newsletter. It includes thirteen abstracts, an announcement by W. Dias for a new catalogue of optically visible open clusters and a job offer (postdoc). SCYON is distributed world-wide to the star-cluster community, with a mailing list now exceeding 600 addresses, so maximum visibility of the abstracts is ensured. We therefore encourage all to submit contributions.
