EDITORIAL: Issue Number 27

    Dear subscriber,

    This is the 27th issue of the newsletter. It contains 15 abstracts, three announcements for upcoming conferences and announcements for N-body schools in Cambridge and Mexico. It also includes advertisements for postdoctoral positions in Sheffield and Heidelberg.
