Please, do not sent any abstracts to the contact email address! If you experience problems with submitting your abstract via the EasyChair plattform, please contact us at this email address and we will provide an alternative way to submit your abstract fully anonymously.
Remarks on the submission process:
EasyChair requires authors to be registered.
- If you do not yet have an EasyChair account, please follow the submission link. Below the login form there is a link that leads to the registration page. To register for EasyChair, please follow the instructions given from thereon.
- If you do have an EasyChair account, please follow the submission link and log in from there to upload an abstract or change/ update your submission.
When submitting your abstract, you will be asked to fill in a form before loading up your PDF file. The submission form contains, amongst others, one obligatory field where an abstract will have to be filled in. However, the field may NOT be used as additional space for your abstract. Please, just copy the first paragraph of your PDF document into it.
Requirements for submissions:
Abstracts must not exceed 2 pages including all data and references and have to be written in 12pt font with 2.5 cm (1 inch) margins. Submissions also have to be anonymous and in PDF format.
