Philological commentary
As indicated by the caption in a2 this is part of the Śramaṇavarga (XI). From the first part of this Varga only the small remnants of line a1 are preserved. The beginning of part 2 includes strophes 1-13a in a 4x12 syllable-metre (rhythm = 5/7).
