The “Central European Seminar (CES)” is an independent private association founded in 2000 by Austrian students from different universities and subject areas aiming at the creation of a European platform for the discussion of topics related to the emergence of a European public space and a European society and at creating transnational network opportunities for young students in the Central European region.
