My research
I explore how organizations shape their employees and how these imprints drive individuals’ decisions, which, in turn, affect organizational performance. While research has often studied the direct effect of organizational features on organizational performance, I examine the indirect pathway as organizational features shape employees and their decisions (from macro to micro), which in turn shape organizational performance (from micro to macro).
