My Research
More than half of our active lives are devoted to work — it shapes our daily routines, our identities, and our life trajectories. The aim of my research is to contribute to greater justice and equality in the world of work through legal instruments. My research examines how core labour law protections — including protection against dismissal and non-discrimination — can be made more effective. Another core area of my research addresses the legal protection of particularly vulnerable groups under labour and social law. I focus especially on European labour law, driven by the belief that legal cooperation and common social minimum standards are crucial for promoting solidarity and peaceful coexistence in Europe.
