Author Guidelines

IMPORTANT: You are required to use IEEE citation style:

The title of the abstract and all headings within the abstract have to be in "Title Case"

Type (or copy) the title of your abstract into the "Title" field. Type (or copy) the rest of your abstract (including references!) into the "Abstract" field.

You submit your abstract as plain text. You are required to use the following syntax for formatting (Exclamation marks are a part of syntax):

IMPORTANT: If you have done your project with another MEi:CogSci student, each of you has to submit the [same] abstract separately as first author. You both have to list the other student as co-author.

Limits for POSTER & TALK Abstracts


Max. 3000 characters including spaces. (This is about one page.)
At least 1 reference, max. 3 references. (Included in the 3000 character limit.)


Limits for POSTER


Poster format is A1 594 × 841 mm (ISO 216). Portrait format format is recommended.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Director).
  2. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Conference.
  3. If submitting to a peer-reviewed track of the conference, authors' names are removed from submission, with "Author" and year used in the bibliography and footnotes, instead of authors' name, paper title, etc.
