General Information and Arrival:

Upon arrival you should contact the ESI admin team for registration immediately. The secretary will provide you with valuable information on the ESI facilities and in particular where you can find your office place. You can address the admin team on any matter where you need help. They will be happy to assist you. At the ESI there are WIFI internet, printing and scanning facilities that are free for use. Participants can also enter the ESI outside office-hours with a key code.

The admin office is opened daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.

There will be cookies served Monday-Friday at 10:00am (with free drinks) and 2:30pm (just cookies) in and at the common room.
If you are thirsty we encourage you to drink the high-quality Vienna spring tab water. Cups and drinking glasses are provided at the common room. For those who need caffeine there is also a coffee vending machine at the common room. For high quality Viennese coffee consumption you might also grab coffee at the coffee place (Cafe Milano) close to the ESI.
