My research
"My research focuses on understanding the effects of economic globalization and how the right institutional framework can be created so that all economic actors can benefit. I am particularly interested in the effects of foreign trade on the labor market, the environment, productivity growth, and innovation in companies. I also look at how regulation works in an international context and how rules can be optimally designed to achieve the goal of regulation (such as reducing CO2 emissions) while keeping costs for consumers and companies as low as possible."
