My research
“Processes determine how work is carried out in an organization, whether it involves the manufacture of products or the provision of services in the healthcare sector, in both large companies and small businesses. My research focuses on the data-driven analysis of such processes with the aim of uncovering their intricacies and ultimately improving the way organizations work.”
