Research areas

The research of Emmanuella Plakoyiannaki focuses on the internationalisation of SMEs and family businesses. She further explores phenomena of translation and equivalence in cross-language research in International Business. Emmanuella Plakoyiannaki is an expert in qualitative research and case study methodology. Her aim is to develop and strengthen International Business pedagogy and research in the Faculty of Business, Economics and Statistics of the University of Vienna.
